Registration Costs:

• BCYC is moving to a month-to-month membership fee. The prices are increased about $10 per week to help with rising operational costs and decreasing Donations/Grants. The schedule is as follows:
  • January - May: $100ea ($75ea Free/Reduced Lunch)
  • August - $50 ($40 Free/Reduced Lunch)
  • September- December: $100ea ($75ea Free/Reduced Lunch)
• We are moving to membership style registration and there will be a Registration Fee of $25 for the first time you register. If the child is registered in consecutive months you will pay the Reg. Fee one time only. Once you child is not registered for a month you will be charged the $25 the next time you enroll the child.

Registration dates:

• Fall: Begins July 15 (open enrollment)
• Spring: Nov. 15 (open enrollment)

BCYC maintains open enrollment year round - we never cap or close our registration services.  The above dates are simply "start dates" for registration during that semester. 

Registration Procedure

Who: Any BISD, Salado ISD, Academy ISD, Nolanville, and CTCS children who meet the following requirement: Are currently enrolled in Kindergarten.
When: Fall Afterschool Registration: Begins July 15 and runs through the end of the Fall semester
           Spring Afterschool Registration: Begins November 15 and runs through the end of the Spring semester
How: Registrations take place in the Administrative Office at BCYC.  Parents need to bring a COPY of the child's birth certificate for verification of birth date. You may fill out the necessary demographic and personal informationr online or come to the office to register the child for each program during the year.  IMPORTANT:  Every child must be registered for each month if not set up on an automatic payment plan. 

Other Important Things You Need to Know:

• Registration is not capped during any session, only Field Trips/Camps have restrictions/caps. 
• At the regular rates, children will be picked up on the next regular business/school day after registration and payment is completed. If you want your child picked up on the day you register, you must complete registration and payment by 2pm on that day and must include a $25 rush-processing fee in your payment for same-day pick up. 
• Children are not automatically registered from one program to the next (i.e. care programs to sports programs). 

School Break Pass

• $125 - This pass covers all BISD holidays which BCYC is open and any BISD early releases.
• ***If your child attends AISD, SISD, or CTCS, BCYC will not pick up any early releases unless they coincide on the same days that BCYC is open early for a BISD early Release.
• ***If your child attends AISD, SISD, or CTCS, BCYC will not be open early for any school holidays unless BCYC is going to be open all day for a BISD holiday
• Children from CTCS, SISD and AISD will be picked up any day that BISD is out before the rest of the school districts and schools we serve.

• No refunds for after school and/or summer fees or for any recreational program(s), field trips, camps, etc.
• Any child that is suspended for disciplinary reasons will not be given a refund of any registration, camps or field trips missed
• Once field trips/camps/or Kid's Night Outs are paid for, there will be no refund on those fees as there are costs that have been paid upfront for those kids even if they are not there.
