Registration Procedure
Who: Any child who meets the following requirement: Has just finished Kindergarten or has already turned 6 years old.
When: Registration for each session is required and will begin on the dates listed below. BCYC maintains OPEN enrollment year round. We never cap enrollment or close registration for afterschool, holiday or summer care. Only camps, field trips, and other programs have limited registration/deadlines. Summer Registration: Begins April 15 and runs through the end of the summer
How: You may register online or in person at the Administrative Office at BCYC located at 505 E. Avenue C, Belton Texas. You must bring a COPY of the child's birth certificate for verification of birth date. You must register every child for each month if not set up on an automatic payment plan.
Online Registration: You may fill out the necessary demographic and personal information online or come to the office to register the child for each program during the year.

This form is only for information, you must visit the office or call to complete your membership. Filling this out ahead of time will save you time in our office and will make things much easier on our staff.
Cost:
$215 per child / per month ($190 per child/per month Free/Reduced Lunch) and includes breakfast and lunch each day. Please send two snacks with your child each day. Vending machines are also available with snacks ranging from .50 to $1.00. Sodas are .75.
Other Important Things You Need to Know:
- Registration is not capped during any session, only field trips/camps/programs have limited registration/enrollment caps.
- Your child will be able to attend the next business day after registration and payment is completed. However, if you want your child to attend on the day you register, you must pay a $25 same-day Rush Processing Fee in your payment.
- Children are not automatically registered from one semester/program to the next (i.e. care programs to sports programs, etc.).
- Summer Session begins June 4, 2012, and runs through August 24th (with the exception of Wednesday, July 4th holiday)

Field Trip Packages
- Education Package - $55.00
Includes: Austin Nature & Science Center, Mayborn Museum, Mayborn Planetarium, Texas Memorial Museum, Pioneer Farms, Movie (This package is open to all grade levels.)
- Adventure Package - $80.00
Includes: Cameron Park Zoo, Pump It Up!, Main Event USA, Wheels Family Skate, Gattiland, Movie (This package is open to all grade levels.)
- Hawaiian Falls (Waco) - $100.00
Includes: Season Pass - 22 Trips **Student must bring $5 for food per trip.** They will receive a hotdog, a bag of chips, a cookie and unlimited drinks. (This package is open to 4th grade and up only)
- Lion's Junction Water Park - $85.00
Includes: Season Pass - 11 trips (This package is open to 1st-3rd grade only)

Swimming Lessons - $50.00 - 8:30am-11:45am
- Week of June 11th
Football Camp - (1st-6th grades) - $50.00 8:00am-12:00pm (Student must be dropped off at Belton High School; BCYC will pick up) TBC - IMPACT Bible Club - FREE 1:30pm-3:00pm Day of Champions - $10.00 *Friday, June 15th only; 7:00am-5:30pm (Parent to drop off and pick up)

FBC - VBS (2nd-6th grades) - FREE 8:30am-12:00pm (Student must be dropped off at First Baptist Church)
- Week of June 25th
Basketball Camp - (3rd-9th grades) - $50.00 8:30am-12:00pm (Student must be dropped off at Belton High School; BCYC will pick up)
- Week of July 9th
Karate - $45.00 8:30am-11:30am
- Week of July 16th
Soccer - $50.00 8:30am-11:30am
- Week of July 23rd
Dance - $40.00 9:00am-11:00am
- Week of July 30

**All Field Trip Packages and Day Camps first require enrollment in the summer program.**
***Refunds***
- NO refund for after school and summer registration OR field trips/camps/programs. NO refunds for recreational programs.
- Any child that is suspended for disciplinary reasons will not be given a refund of any camps or field trips missed.
- Once field trips/camps/or Kid's Night Outs are paid for, there will be no refund on those fees as there are costs that have been paid upfront for those kids even if they are not there.
